Conditions for Exchange
When purchasing on the Lush Lady website, the buyer is aware that they are making a wholesale purchase, that is, with the intention of reselling the merchandise and not using it for personal use. This way, there is no need to talk about a consumerist relationship.
As in the Lush Lady Physical Store, exchanges will only be accepted due to manufacturing defects and the color of the same model. If we no longer have the model available, after evaluating the piece, a voucher for the same value will be generated within 30 calendar days to be used on your next purchase.
** Attention: We do not exchange used, washed items, with adjustments made by customers, broken composition label, without label or with the label written on it. Parts that come with accessories must be sent completely. We do not exchange sale/promotional items.
-Exchanges:
To make an exchange, please send an email to [email protected], informing us of the reason for the exchange along with the order number. We will respond within 48 business hours to approve the exchange with the following conditions:
Have the return receipt on the outside of the package. Please note, we will not make exchanges without the order return invoice;
Exchanges must be within the stipulated period and in accordance with the rules established by the company. Requests after this deadline or for reasons other than those mentioned above will not be accepted;
Products to be exchanged must have their labels and tags intact;
To avoid any complications with your purchase, please be aware:
Check your order before finalizing it. We will not exchange it if the part was purchased in error.
The color of the product: the photos on the website are for illustration purposes only, with variations in tone.
To the requested size: our measurement table can be found next to each product description.
Don't forget to send the accessories that accompany the purchased item, such as belts, sashes and/or others.
-Devolution
The only possibility of return is when the part to be exchanged, exclusively due to defect, is out of stock, and the buyer does not want another model in its place.
Shipping for Exchange, Return
The shipping cost for returning the merchandise will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The shipping flow will be explained by our service team, which will depend on the quantity and size of the product that will be returned.
Attention! When the product arrives, its condition will be analyzed and if the product is found to be used, the exchange or return may be refused, and the product will be returned.
Return of value to Card
After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return or exchange by analyzing the items, we will send the refund request to the credit card administrator, which in turn has the deadline to process the request in accordance with the policy. from each credit card company.
The refunded amount may be refunded on future invoices, which is the policy of the card administrator.
Return of the amount Boleto, Pix or Transfer
The refund of the amount will be processed after approval of the return by analyzing the items in our Distribution Center and will be carried out through reimbursement via PIX.
When requesting an exchange or return, the PIX key must be provided.
